Following the events of GoldRush, the DWO Board of Directors have confirmed the release of El Gringo Loco
for his unacceptable behavior after his match against Joe Quesada. DWO Host Adam Merrick was aware of the risk involved by
agreeing to guest referee the contest between Gringo and Quesada but nobody at Destiny Wrestling expected the events that
would transpire the evening of May 12th. We will not be pursuing any legal action based on what Gringo did at the event, but
have agreed to follow Merrick's immediate termination of Gringo. We apologize to any fans in attendance who witnessed the
events unfold but assure you that this type of behavior is not allowed of our contracted wrestlers.
